A few days after Pearl died we visited Marc Rittner to bring home Pearl's
sister, Lucy. Joy is a half sister and reminded us of Pearl. Mike said, "They are like two peas on a vine." We were
in the car ready to leave when I told Mike, "I love Lucy but I need Joy."
With Joy we have continued with Field Trials,
Hunt Test and Dog Shows. Joy has 2 points towards her Field Trial Championship from her big Derby win in Arizona. She
is also the first titled Bernie kid with a Junior Hunter title. Joy is now a show champion thanks to her handler, Roger Kibbee
and a Senior Hunter thanks to her dad and handler, Mike Frane.
